Over the last few years, so much has shifted in how we connect. Before COVID, I was always out there- on stage, in rehearsals, sharing my voice face-to-face. And when COVID happened, we were thrown towards more screen time. Then I caught COVID… and everything changed… Since then, “going live” just hasn’t been my thing. Funny enough, it’s exactly what I need right now.
So this September, I’m challenging myself to go live every single day on Instagram and TikTok. Why? To find my voice again- not just vocally, but in connection, confidence, and community.
